I own a small thrift shop and lately it's been hard to find smm. They come, they work some time (~3 months) and leave. It feels like I should take this on me and learn to do that myself. It's little pleasure and I'm a busy person but I guess there's no other way around😔

it may sound a lil stupid setting a goal to set more goals but whoever suffer from anxiety know that it's hard to look for plans. causes more worries than anything and also disappointment and self-hatred. the reason I will still do it is I feel like do better and improve. Motivation!
My office is about half an hour of walking. The goal is to stop using public transport and have a lovely walk instead. Get some fresh air and all.
