My lifehack for everyone — if your week or month or even year isn't going well or isn't giving you any positive emotions, you should probably try to do everything that you deeply hate doing in this time period instead of trying to cheer yourself up. Like, if you still gotta finish that project or plan a vist to your doctor or fix something in your hose, that's just the perfect time! You'll find pleasure in finishing things that you've previously postponed for ages and being productive will help you out sadness. So I plan to make a list of things like that and follow it
