I wanted to find a hobby that will help me get better at pausing and slowing down a little. I'm an anxious person with a lot going on and my friends with similar problems told me that doing yoga, some breathing exercises and taking up a creative hobby and crafting something will help me improve.
I chose knitting because it's also quite productive. Once you're done, you get a fancy new piece that you can gift someone or keep to yourself and actually wear.
