I wanted to find a hobby that will help me get better at pausing and slowing down a little. I'm an anxious person with a lot going on and my friends with similar problems told me that doing yoga, some breathing exercises and taking up a creative hobby and crafting something will help me improve....
Breathing deeply can reduce stress levels and anxiety. So here's what I'm going to do:

I'm a workaholic and got to the point I dont have any free time and work 7/0. Its hard to stop. I know I have to. Holidays and days off drive me insane. Guess I find myself in a hella dark place when I don't work. Anxiety fckn kills me every time. I prob ably have to visit a doctor. Im so so so tired:(
