House goals

I have lived in Chicago, New York and Portland. But my life goal is to move to a warmer and more peaceful place closer to retirement. And I'm not afraid of alligators))

I work in San Francisco and enjoy spending weekends and holidays by lake tahoe with my friends. I guess it would be nice to have my private house there. I don't really like to spend time choosing and booking guest houses every time. also it could be a good investment for the future %)
