Goal is simple and I just want to level up my mourning routines and turn them in more of a proper training. I usually just run and listen to some podcasts and all.
I'm a big guy and its gonna be a long road till i finally make it but i have to do it for my health, strength and confidence šŖ
Ok, here is my new goal. I promise to you and to myself to run twice a week. Absolutely every week šÆ No breaks. At all. Iām strong enough to do this. I will run in the city. After work. On Tuesdays and Thursdays.
