My working shift starts at 10AM so usually I wake up at around 8.40. It's just enough time to make breakfast, shower, do my makeup, get dressed and start a day. Is it enough to be happy or even to be productive? First 2 hours of my wofk is just me trying to keep my eyes open. I'd want to try to start...
It's hard for me to get up early in the morning. But maybe if I get up absolutely every day at the same time, my body will get used to it. In general, I want to check how I will feel ☕
