Commit to waking up at 6am every morning
My working shift starts at 10AM so usually I wake up at around 8.40. It's just enough time to make breakfast, shower, do my makeup, get dressed and start a day. It's hard for me to get up early in the morning. But maybe if I get up absolutely every day at the same time, my body will get used to it. In general, I want to check how I will feel ☕

Wake up at 7 AM for five month
I'm a freelance photographer 😁 And my doctor says that I should stick to a certain sleep pattern to avoid any health problems. She is right. But it's sooo hard to wake up early ⏰ Anyway, here my plan and goal for the next five month!
