I simply forget to eat my breakfast. I'm also not good with time so I'm always just RUUUUSHINH to work skipping the meal. I didn't think it was in any way problematic as you can find looots of peoples whose breakfast is coffee and cigarettes or just plain water. But I got gastric ulter and doctor...
Not a great cook myself or not exactly fond of cooking, just really tight on money and wanna spend less of it. That's just one of the possible ways to do so. Also, it feels right and maybe I'll start feeling better by adding one good habit ๐
it's guilty pleasure but having a huge set of different food on your plate all yourself, some beer, add good series = perfect evening.
next morning you regret it just as you get to see your face in the mirror ๐ฏ๐ฏ I've had enough of this shame of not being able to control myself. From now on...
Too bad I find my life too stressful. So chocolate, ice cream, some cookies, add coke = a must for a daily routine. All time, every time. I have a weird feeling that it's gonna end in me having diabetes or something like that lol. I wanna eat more greens, veggies and fruits๐๐๐๐
